Yavatmal 6 March : India defeated Bangladesh in International Cestoball tournament held in Vidarbha.
International Cestoball tournament was played between India and Bangladesh from 3rd to 5th March 2023 at Yavatmal, Vidarbha. In the three-match series, the men’s section defeated Bangladesh 3-0 to become the champion, whereas in the women’s section, Bangladesh became the champion by winning 2-1, Roshan Kumar of Muzaffarpur (Bihar) got the best defender award in this competition.
Akhilesh Mani, Secretary Cestoball Bihar told that in April international match with Nepal and India will be organized in Kathmandu (Nepal). After this, the World Cup is going to be organized in Bangalore in May, in which 25 countries are expected to participate. Preparations are going on for the World Cup.

3 से 5 मार्च 2023 तक यवतमाल, विदर्भ में आयोजित अंतरराष्ट्रीय सेस्टोबाल प्रतियोगिता भारत और बांग्लादेश के बीच खेला गया। तीन मैचौं की श्रृंखला में पुरुष वर्ग ने बांग्लादेश को 3-0 से पराजित कर चैम्पियन बनी।वहीँ महिला वर्ग में बांग्लादेश 2-1से विजयी होकर चैम्पियन बनी। इस प्रतियोगिता में बेस्ट डीफेन्डर का अवार्ड मुजफ्फरपुर ( बिहार) के रौशन कुमार को मिला।

अखिलेश मणि, सचिव सेस्टोबाल बिहार ने बताया अप्रैल में नेपाल और भारत के साथ अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय मैच का आयोजन होगा काठमांडू(नेपाल) में. इसके बाद मई में वर्ल्ड कप का आयोजन बंगलोर में होने जा रहा है जिसमे 25 देशों के भाग लेने की उम्मीद है. वर्ल्ड कप के आयोजन की तैयारियां चल रही है।
महिला टीम में बिहार की लक्ष्मी प्रिया और रागिनी ने अच्छा प्रदर्शन किया। अंतरराष्ट्रीय रेफ्री के रूप में बिहार के शेताव खान और राहुल कुमार का प्रदर्शन सराहनीय रहा। अलका सिन्हा भारतीय महिला टीम की प्रभारी नियुक्त किया गया था। भारतीय टीम के प्रदर्शन तथा बिहार सेस्टोबाल के सदस्यों को अध्यक्ष डॉ राजीव कुमार, उपाध्यक्ष नलिन सिन्हा, महासचिव अखिलेश कुमार मणि ने शुभकामनाएं एवं बधाई दी। मुजफ्फरपुर से राष्ट्रीय रेफ्री अवनीश कुमार,विभात, रविकांत, और सदस्यों ने खिलाड़ियों को शुभकामनाएं एवं होली की बधाई दी।
