New Delhi 22 December : एयरपोर्ट पर लैपटॉप, मोबाइल और इलेक्ट्रॉनिक उपकरणों के लिए सिक्योरिटी चेक बदलेगा , लगेंगे आधुनिक स्कैनर,बैग से निकालने की जरूरत नहीं पड़ेगी. एयरपोर्ट पर लैपटॉप, मोबाइल और इलेक्ट्रॉनिक उपकरणों को लेकर चलने वाले यात्रियों को परेशानी उठानी पड़ती है. एयरपोर्ट पर यात्रियों को जल्द ही अपने बैग से लैपटॉप, मोबाइल और चार्जर आदि निकाले बिना अंदर जा सकेंगे । भारत में एयरपोर्ट पर नए मॉडर्न स्कैनर्स लगाए जाएंगे, जिसमें इलेक्ट्रॉनिक उपकरणों को निकाले बिना ही स्क्रीनिंग हो सकेगी।

नागरिक उड्डयन सुरक्षा ब्यूरो (बीसीएएस) ने स्कैनर लगाने की सिफारिश की है जिससे यात्रियों को स्कैनर से गुजरने से पहले अपने हैंड बैगेज से इलेक्ट्रॉनिक उपकरणों को बाहर निकालने की आवश्यकता नहीं होगी।
केंद्रीय नागरिक उड्डयन मंत्रालय ने बताया इसी प्रयास में दिल्ली अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय हवाईअड्डे पर टी-3 पर चेक-इन काउंटरों पर यात्रियों की भीड़ कम हुई; सिक्योरिटी होल्ड एरिया में 4 और एक्स-रे मशीनें जोड़ी गईं; प्रतीक्षा समय दर्शाने वाले डिस्प्ले बोर्ड लगाए गए हैं। CISF की तैनाती पहले ही शुरू हो चुकी है, आने वाले दिनों में उत्तरोत्तर वृद्धि होगी. T-3 के गेट की संख्या 16 से बढ़ाकर 18 किया गया है, ताकि भीड़ कम हो इसे बढाकर 20 की जाएगी। T-3 टर्मिनल 14 एक्स-रे मशीनें काम कर रही हैं।
भीड़ नियंत्रण के लिए दिल्ली हवाईअड्डा लिमिटेड ने इंडिगो और स्पाइसजेट एयरलाइंस से कहा है कि वे अपनी कुछ उड़ानों को टर्मिनल-1 और 2 पर भी शिफ्ट करें। T-3 से एक घंटे में उड़ानों की संख्या को घटाकर 22 से 19 कर दिया गया है।जवानों की संख्या भी बढ़ी है साइन बोर्ड, डिस्प्ले बोर्ड जगह-जगह लगाई जा रही है।
