ऋतुराज गायकवाड़ (Ruturaj Gaikwad) ने सोमवार को विजय हजारे ट्रॉफी के क्वार्टर फाइनल मुकाबले में यूपी के खिलाफ 159 गेंद पर नाबाद 220 रनों की शानदार पारी खेली और इस पारी की ऐतिहासिक बात ये रही की एक ओवर में 7 बॉल फेंके गए और सातों बॉल पर 7 छक्के ठोक दिए जिसमे एक नो बॉल भी था उसपर भी चक्का मारा,बक्शा नहीं. लिस्ट-ए क्रिकेट में एक ओवर में 7 छक्के लगाने वाले दुनिया के पहले बल्लेबाज बन गए हैं.इस तरह से एक ओवर में कुल बने 43 रन भी अपने आप में एक रिकॉर्ड ही है.

Rituraj Gaikwad played a brilliant inning of 220 not out off 159 balls against UP in the quarter-final match of Vijay Hazare Trophy on Monday and the historic point of this innings is that 7 balls were bowled in one over and all seven balls were bowled. He hit 7 sixes, in which there was a no ball, he also hit the wheel, not spared. In List-A cricket, he has become the first batsman in the world to hit 7 sixes in an over. In this way, the total of 43 runs scored in an over is also a record in itself.
Due to this game, Maharashtra scored 330 runs for 4 wickets against UP.
