Muzaffarpur 8 January: On January 8, 2023, the final of the Cestoball Federation Cup was played. In the men’s section, Uttar Pradesh defeated Karnataka by 95-64 points. Best shooter awards given to Himanshu (Uttar Pradesh) and best defender Sameer (Karnataka).
In the women’s category, Karnataka defeated Chhattisgarh by 42-32 points. Best Shooter – Poonam (Chhattisgarh) and Best Defender – Sanjana (Karnataka)

The chief guest of the final match was Dr. Ripusudan Srivastava, former vice-chancellor of BP Mandal University, Madhepura and the special guest was Mr. Devesh Chandra Thakur, chairman, Bihar Legislative Council. Both presented trophies to the winner, runner-up and third-placed team. Dr. Rajeev Kumar, Nalin Kumar Sinha, Bhavesh Karjee, Vishal Raj, Rajeev Sinha, General Secretary of the Federation Mo Aqib were present at the closing ceremony. Avnish Nandan conducted the stage. The guests were welcomed by Dr. Rajeev Kumar and Mo. Aqib and And the memorandum of thanks was given by Akhilesh Kumar Mani, General Secretary, Cestobal Association of Bihar.
आज दिनांक 8 जनवरी 2023 को सेस्टोबाल फेडेरेशन कप के फाइनल खेला गया। पुरुष वर्ग में उत्तर प्रदेश ने कर्नाटक को 95-64 अंकों से पराजित किया।बेस्ट शूटर हिमांशु (उत्तर प्रदेश) तथा बेस्ट डीफेन्डर समीर (कर्नाटक) बने।
महिला वर्ग में कर्नाटक ने छत्तीसगढ़ को 42-32अंको पराजित किया।बेस्ट शूटर – पुनम (छत्तीसगढ़) तथा बेस्ट डीफेन्डर – संजना (कर्नाटक) बने।
आज फाइनल मुकाबले के मुख्य अतिथि डा रिपुसुदन श्रीवास्तव पुर्व उपकुलपति बी पी मंडल विश्वविद्यालय, मधेपुरा तथा विशिष्ट अतिथि श्री देवेश चंद्र ठाकुर, सभापति, बिहार विधान परिषद रहें।दोनों ने विजेता, उपविजेता तथा तृतीय स्थान प्राप्त टीम को ट्राफी प्रदान किया। समापन समारोह में डा राजीव कुमार, नलिन कुमार सिन्हा, भावेश कार्जी, विशाल राज, राजीव सिन्हा, फेडेरेशन के महासचिव मो आकीब उपस्थित रहे।मंच का संचालन अवनिश नंदन ने किया। अतिथियों का स्वागत डा राजीव कुमार एवं मो आकीब ने किया तथा धन्यवाद ज्ञापन सेस्टोबाल एसोसिएशन ऑफ बिहार महासचिव अखिलेश कुमार मणि दिया।
